Quite an old posting I see Rabbie - shows how long since I visited this site. Very interesting to see Nigel's pictures and information there. I might be able to visit Abbottsford during my upcoming visit to Scotland
Hello Tony, Yes they are all old posts here but I am hoping to get this site going again because it gives us far more scope to cover more subjects, if my memory serveves me correctly these paintings/pictures were only being stored at Sir Walter Scots Abbotford house temporarily, I will see what I can find on their present, I think they are now at the nigel Tranter Centre but i will check this out.
